The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Protection of Citizens' Property Rights in the Period of Recovery from the Financial Recession" as a Basis

For the period of recovery from the financial recession, the Bill (Reg .No.3459-1) "imposes the moratorium concerning acquisition of right of access to the collection of the mortgage or pledge item by pledgee or mortgagee, in case the mortgage or pledge item is a real estate in which the citizens permanently reside".
